Apple sets the price in each storefront, so the amount actually charged is the one
shown on the App Store at the moment of purchase. Do not quote a local currency
amount as final without checking the user's storefront.

## Where the data lives

The developer runs no ProperHabit server and never receives user data. Habits are stored
in an on-device database on the iPhone. Premium adds an optional iCloud sync switch,
off by default; when enabled, data is mirrored to the user's own private iCloud
database on Apple's servers and can re-sync after a reinstall. Health data stays on
the device. There is no Apple Watch app, no iPad version and no Mac version.

## What happens if Premium ends

Nothing is deleted. Habits and their history stay on the iPhone. The six-habit
limit applies the next time a habit is added, trend history falls back from 90
days to 14 days, and Apple Health auto-complete, insights, CSV export and iCloud
sync stop working. A lifetime purchase never lapses.

## Payments and cancellation

All purchases go through the App Store (StoreKit 2). Subscriptions are managed and
cancelled in the user's Apple ID subscription settings. The developer cannot
cancel, refund or transfer a purchase on the user's behalf; refunds are handled by
Apple.
